Lästige Menüs, veraltetes Design, langsamer Service und schlechte Tarife. Wechselt zu jeder anderen Bank um besseren Service und Erfahrungen zu bekommen.
Housebanking doesnt respond!!!
The app is not in english. The interface could be improved
The app doesn't respond to the VB ID app. I successfully approved the login request on the VB ID app but the housebanking app doesn't receive it. Very disappointing! Please fix this asap! Communication problems like this make the whole VB app world useless!!
App not working. Always showing "Verbindungsproblem". Not just in my phone but also in different accounts of my Parents smartphones as well!

Wish the app interface was available in English for people like me. Strange because the website for online banking is available in English, but not the app... One star for that.
Extrem schlechte Performance...eingegebene Werte löschen sich einfach und die Anmeldung ist nahezu unmöglich (Zeitaufwand eine Stunde)
